Open View Log from the Budget options. Filter by date range and inspect events from budget changes, Commitments, Change Orders, and overrides.
Use Download as CSV for analysis and reconciliation. Use Download as PDF for a readable snapshot. An export reflects the report and options at the time it was generated; create a new export after source records change.
The activity log supports investigation but does not replace signed contract documents, approved invoices, or the accounting system's audit history.
