The Budget Report can include or exclude pending Change Orders from relevant totals.

Best for: Project managers forecasting unresolved change · Outcome: Understand the risk already visible in forecast columns.

Turn on Show Pending Change Orders in Totals when you want unresolved changes included in rollups. Turn it off when you want totals based only on billable or executed changes.

When pending changes are excluded, affected columns indicate that the values are not part of totals. The underlying Change Orders still exist; this setting changes report interpretation, not record status.

Use one convention consistently during review meetings. Two people can reach different totals when one includes pending changes and the other does not.
