• Prime and vendor invoices

Sage configuration includes document types, cost-type mappings, GL accounts, retainage, department filters, and other customer-specific choices. These settings are implementation work, not a general self-service checklist.

After authorization, validate the budget and contract foundations before creating downstream PCOs or invoices.
