Contracts

Draft → Awaiting Approval (when used) → Out for Signing → Ready to Countersign → Fully Executed

Commitments can also move to Under Revision or Void. Executed records may require special permission to edit.

Change Orders

Draft → Out for Signing → Ready to Countersign → Fully Executed

A Change Order can also be Void. Its Billable On date is separate from signature status and affects whether Constructable treats the change as pending or billable.

Invoices

The common flow is Draft → Under Review → Approved → Paid. A permitted approver can also approve a Draft invoice directly.

Moving an Under Review invoice back to Draft requires permission to edit a submitted invoice. Moving an Approved invoice back to Draft is an unapproval and requires both unapprove and edit-after-execution access.

Lien waivers

Draft → Out for Signing → Fully Executed

Lien waivers are available only when enabled for the organization.
