Reporting by Constructable
Construction reporting software for general contractors
Our construction reporting software puts every project, and every job across the company, in reports you filter, save, and export. Reports come with every plan, and we do flat pricing with unlimited users.
Project reports
The reports the office and the field ask for, on every project
Open Reports on a project and pick a card. Operations reports cover the field and project work. Financial reports cover cost.
• Operations: Daily Logs, Personnel, Time Cards, Materials, RFIs, Submittals, and the List Report
• Financial: Full Budget, Projected Costs, Actual Costs, and Change Orders, plus a WIP Report card that opens the Budget's WIP tab
• Your own daily log sections: a custom section with many entries, such as Visitors, gets a report of its own

Daily log reports
Crew hours, delays, and weather without retyping the logs
Daily log reports turn every log on the job into one table. Each custom field your project added to a section gets its own column.
• Who was on site: the Personnel report totals workers and hours by company and date
• A delay claim: the Daily Logs Report lists delay flags, delay types, weather, and safety notes by date
• Material on site: the Materials report lists type, quantity, and unit from every log

RFI, submittal, and list reports
Find what's overdue and who has it
RFI and submittal reports show status, Ball-in-Court, dates, and due state. The List Report puts every punch, observation, and to-do item on the project in one table.
• Before the OAC meeting: filter the RFIs Report by due status and see whose court each one is in
• Building a punch walk: group the List Report by assignee, or by trade to see which sub to call
• Lists built from one template: custom fields with the same name line up in one column

Global Reports
Every job in the company in one report
Global Reports run across every project you can see, so nobody exports twelve spreadsheets and pastes them together.
• Project management: All RFIs, All Submittals, and All Lists, with the project on every row
• Billing: All Invoices for owner and subcontractor invoices
• Field activity: Daily Logs, Personnel, Time Cards, Equipment, Deliveries, Dumpsters, Inspections, Materials, and Phone Calls across jobs
• Compliance: Contractor Insurance Expiration and Email Activity

WIP report
Over and under billing for every job on one screen
The organization WIP Report shows one row per project, with a totals row at the bottom. Open a project name to go straight to its Budget.
• Month-end review: Over Billed, Under Billed, actual and projected revenue, actual costs, and Forecast at Completion
• Change orders still out: choose whether totals include pending change orders
• For the bank or the bonding company: download it as a PDF or CSV

Saved views
Set up the report once, and the whole team opens it that way
Save a report's filters, grouping, and columns as a view. Keep it to yourself, or share it with the project or the whole company.
• The same layout every week: pick it from Views instead of rebuilding the filters
• One starting point: star a shared view to make it the default everyone opens the next time
• Every new job: shared views on a template project copy into each project created from it
• Beyond Reports: views also work on the RFI, Submittal, and Budget tables

Project Dashboard
Start the day with what's waiting on you
The project Dashboard puts the job's open work on one page. Open a widget to go to the tool behind it.
• The numbers: open and overdue RFIs and submittals, commitments percent complete, and days to estimated completion
• Your court: My Ball-in-Courts lists the RFIs, submittals, Work Plans, list items, and invoices waiting on you
• The field: the last three daily logs, each with a staffing line and photos
• Signatures: documents waiting for signature, with Review & Sign when it's yours

Global Dashboard
The whole company's work, and what's stuck
The Global Dashboard shows active projects by stage and the open work across all of them.
• The portfolio: active projects in Preconstruction, Course of Construction, and Warranty
• Overdue work: open and overdue RFIs and submittals across projects, and your Ball-in-Court on every job
• Signatures: each document shows its Next Signer, and Send Reminder shows when the request was last sent

Export
Send the owner a PDF and accounting a CSV
Every report downloads as a PDF or CSV, with the filters, grouping, and columns you have on.
• Punch list for the sub: the List Report PDF can include each item's photos
• Insurance audit: Download All on Contractor Insurance Expiration merges the certificate PDFs into one file
• Only some rows: check the rows you want, and the List Report exports just those
