Christian Allen, Estimator/Project Manager at Trinity Builds: Trinity Builds recently made the switch from an industry leading Project Management platform to Constructable.ai. This has been absolutely amazing. For many years, they had been the industry standard, but has neglected to keep up with cutting edge technology, as well as neglecting customer service. Constructable.ai has so many incredible usable features, including an internal AI agent that can search drawings and specs and give real time answers. One of my favorite features is the AI agent Import Bid feature, which will take an emailed bid from a sub contractor and detail the full scope of work, inclusions and exclusions, and pricing clarifications.

Do architects, engineers, and subs need a seat to respond?

No. Constructable has unlimited users, so you can invite your architect, engineers, consultants, and subs to respond at no extra cost. You can also let outside collaborators start limited draft RFIs that route to your default RFI manager for review and, if necessary, escalation to the architect or consultants.

Can we manage RFIs and submittals in the same system?

Yes. RFIs and submittals come in the same plan, both pin to the drawings they're about, and both sit alongside your schedules, meetings, and documents. See our project management features.

Can supers create RFIs from the field?

Yes. Create and track RFIs on mobile web or in the Constructable app for iPhone, iPad, and Android. Drop the RFI pin on the sheet and attach photos you've already taken on site.

Can we report on RFIs across all of our projects?

Yes. Each project has an RFI report, and the All RFIs report covers every project in your organization. Download a PDF of a single RFI for an owner or designer, or export the whole register as a ZIP for closeout.
