List view on desktop lets you select multiple drawings and apply common actions together.

Best for: Desktop-web users · Requires: List view; edit actions also require drawing-management access.

Select drawings

Use the row checkboxes to select individual drawings. Selecting a discipline group can select its visible descendants.

Bulk actions are unavailable until at least one drawing is selected. They are also hidden in thumbnail view and on mobile/native layouts.

Available bulk actions

Depending on your permissions, you can:

  • Add or remove drawing tags
  • Change disciplines
  • Download selected drawings
  • Create a shareable link for selected drawings

Tag and discipline edits require drawing-management permission. Downloads and share links are available to users who can view the selected drawings.

Bulk tag editing adds or removes only the tags you choose; it does not need to replace every existing tag. Review the selected edit mode before saving.

View drawing activity

Open the Drawings menu and select View Drawings Activity Log to review events associated with the drawing area.

Activity can help answer questions such as:

  • When was a set published?
  • Was a sheet unpublished?
  • Who changed or removed drawing information?

The activity log is historical context, not a substitute for reviewing the current revision shown in the viewer.

Manage notifications

Drawing notification settings control how closely you follow activity in a drawing area. Your area-specific choice can override your project or personal defaults.

If you've customized the area and want to follow your normal settings again, reset it to defaults. You can also open your personal or project notification settings for broader changes.

Notification options affect alerts; they do not change your permission to view or edit drawings.
