You can download current drawings, selected sheets, an uploaded drawing set, or a single sheet from the viewer. Choose the option that matches what you intend to distribute.
Best for: Anyone distributing plans · Before you begin: Decide whether you need the current set, one historical upload package, or one visible sheet.
Download all current drawings
From the Drawings menu, select Download All. The resulting PDF contains the latest published revision of every drawing in the selected area.
This is usually the best option for distributing a current plan set.
Download selected drawings
In desktop list view:
- Select the desired rows.
- Open Bulk Actions.
- Select Download Selected.
This creates a PDF containing the latest revision of only those drawings.
Mobile web and native app users can download all current drawings from the Drawings menu, but selecting an arbitrary group from the current Drawings index requires desktop list view. The native app can still export selected pages from an individual drawing set, where the selection belongs to that upload package rather than the current drawing index.
Download a drawing set
Open a drawing set and choose Download Entire Set, or select specific pages within the set.
A drawing-set download is based on that upload package. It may contain older revisions or unpublished pages and should not automatically be treated as the current project set.
Include markup
When generating a drawing PDF, choose whether to include published markup. Turn this off when you need clean plans; leave it on when the annotations are part of the intended handoff.
Only markup the viewer is allowed to include is exported. Access to RFIs, Submittals, Quality Items, and other records can affect what appears.
Create a shareable link
Choose Share Download Link for all or selected drawings. Constructable generates the PDF, uploads it, and provides a link to copy.
The link points to a generated download. If drawings change later, create a new link so recipients receive an updated package.
Download the drawing log
Select Download Drawing Log for a PDF register of the area's latest published drawings. The log includes useful sheet and revision metadata and is helpful for transmittals or coordination records.
Export the current sheet
From the drawing viewer's context menu, select Export to PDF to export the active sheet with its visible markup.
The current-sheet export does not show the bulk export's separate Include Markup checkbox. Hide markup in the viewer first if you need a clean current-sheet export. There is no separate print workflow in the viewer; export the PDF, then print it using your normal PDF application if needed.
