Responding to an approval stage
The stage advances only when its response condition is met. A permitted administrator can respond for another person. Existing responses can be edited, but the original response time remains part of the history and the edit is tracked.

- Open the submittal.
- Review the documents, prior-stage responses, comments, and due date.
- Open your response control in the current stage.
- Choose Reviewed, No Exceptions Noted, Approved As Noted, Revise And Resubmit, Rejected, or Submitted.
- Add a comment and response documents as needed.
- Submit.
