Direct status controls do not send the approval or distribution notifications performed by Open Submittal and Close and Distribute Submittal. Use the guided actions for normal workflow.

Best for: Submittal administrators · Requires: Write access; deletion has separate permissions.
- Move to Draft is available from Open.
- Move to Open is available from Draft or Done.
- Move to Done is available from Draft or Open.
- Delete Submittal cancels the record and removes it from normal use.

Only the latest revision can be deleted. The delete confirmation states the action cannot be undone.
