Building approval stages

Best for: Submittal managers · Requires: Submittal write access and an editable record.

• Select Add Stage to build the sequence manually.
• Select Request Submission to add a Submission stage for the responsible contractor and a following review stage for the manager.
• Add one or more approvers to each stage.
• Set a stage due date.
• Choose All responses required to progress or At least one response required to progress.
• Reorder stages before review begins.

A stage with no approvers cannot complete. A stage cannot be deleted after it has responses. Later stages remain blocked until the current stage completes.
