Status lifecycle

Open → In Review → Completed

• Open: Work is active or returned for correction.
• In Review: The assignee or another permitted user says the work is ready to inspect.
• Completed: The approver or an editor accepts the result.
• Rejected: The review did not accept the item. Reopen it when more work is required.

Users with full Quality Item edit access can move among the active statuses. Users with only Move punch list items to review access can move their assigned items to review. Status is separate from list archive state.
