Create a PDF for distribution, walk records, or turnover.

Best for: Quality managers and reviewers · Requires: Access to the exported items.

  1. Open the Quality List.
  2. Apply filters if the report should contain a subset.
  3. Choose the PDF export action.
  4. Choose whether to include item photos.
  5. Generate and download the PDF.

The report includes item details such as title, due date, status, assignee, trade, non-image attachments, and optional photos. Review restricted-item access before distributing a report outside Constructable.

Location QR codes are a separate PDF. Use Download All Location QR Codes when preparing posted field navigation.
