Schedule and start an inspection

Move the record into field work only after its structure and responsibility are ready.

Best for: Inspection coordinators and inspectors · Requires: Inspection write access.

1. Open the draft.
2. Confirm the inspection date and inspected-by user.
3. Select Schedule Inspection.
4. At the field event, select Start Inspecting.
5. Work through the checklist in order.

Status can be changed from the adjacent menu when a correction requires another phase. Avoid skipping directly to Complete before results are entered.
