Specs: Spec book PDF → review → divisions and sections → publish → current browsable specifications

• Documents preserve the folder structure you create. Folder sharing flows down to its subfolders and files.
• A copied folder link opens the live content and still requires Constructable access.
• A generated download link points to a prepared package for distribution.
• Specs uses published spec books to build the current division-and-section view.
• Imported but unpublished spec books remain in review and do not supply the normal published Specs view.
