Download and share documents

Choose between live access and a generated snapshot.

Best for: Anyone distributing accessible project files · Requires: Documents view access.

• Select a file's Download action for the original file.
• Open a folder's actions and choose Download All for its contents.
• Select rows and choose Download Selected for a subset.
• Use Copy Link when recipients should open the live folder or file in Constructable.
• Select rows and choose Share Selected to generate a named download package and copy its link.

A generated package is a snapshot of the selected content. Create a new package after files change. A live link reflects current content but is permission-controlled.
