Best for: Field teams and coordinators · Outcome: Use RFI context where work is happening.
RFIs can be viewed from drawing topic pins when the user can view RFIs. Meetings can include a smart Open RFIs section that automatically adds open and newly opened RFIs until the meeting is finished. Starting the meeting removes already closed smart items from that agenda copy; it does not delete the source RFI.
Web and native layouts expose the core RFI actions, with actions consolidated into menus on smaller devices. Use desktop web for detailed attachment selection, multi-record reporting, and document-control review.
For the drawing-viewer workflow, see Creating and viewing RFIs from drawings.
