When a person is newly assigned as a respondent, Constructable creates an important assignment notification and can send a timely email when that person's Channels, email settings, and record access allow it. Important emails may be grouped briefly before delivery.

  • Assign a Manager who will evaluate responses and complete the RFI.
  • Assign one or more Respondents who can answer.
  • Add Subscribers who should follow updates without owning the next action.
  • Use the due date for tracking; it does not automatically change status.
  • Review Current Ball-In-Court on the Responses block.
  • Select Reassign to change who owns the next action.
  • Select Send Reminder Notification on an Open RFI to remind current ball-in-court users.
