The 60-second project setup model

Create the project → identify it → define its structure → configure its tools → add its team

• A project starts with a required Project Name. Project Number and address fields are optional.
• General Project Settings contains the name, number, cover image, Drawing Areas, and Sub Projects.
• Project Info contains the stage and address.
• Project Settings affects the current project. Organization Settings defines organization-wide lists and defaults used across projects.
• Management Tools → Dashboard opens day-to-day project triage when the organization has Project Management enabled. Management Tools → Team opens the people and companies participating in this project. The Global Directory is the organization-wide source of companies and people. • A new project starts without a selected budget type. Financial setup is a separate project task.
