Configure connected project tools

Project Settings links project-specific behavior for several tools without changing organization-wide defaults.

Best for: Project administrators enabling consistent workflows before launch · Requires: The permission named for each tool.

Review the blocks that apply to your project:

• Drawing Tags: maintain tags used by drawings. Drawing read permission shows the block; drawing write permission enables changes.
• RFI Settings: select Open RFI Settings to manage the RFI default manager and subscribers.
• Submittal Settings: select Open Submittal Settings to manage numbering, approval templates, packages, and defaults.
• Closeouts: select Open Closeouts to generate project handoff packages.
• Integrations: include or exclude the project from a connected accounting integration where available.
• Revenue Code Mappings: map project values when Revenue Codes are enabled for the organization.

These controls are project-specific. Organization integration enablement and shared financial standards remain under Organization Settings.
