  • Opening Project Settings, creating projects, editing existing projects, and hiding projects require Projects: Update existing projects, create new projects, hide projects.
  • The New Project action also requires project access set to All Projects. A user restricted to projects they belong to does not receive the create-project action.
  • Built-in Admin, Manager, and Employee roles receive project write access by default. An organization's customized permissions can differ.
  • Tool-specific sections require their own permissions. Examples include Financials, Drawings, RFIs, Submittals, and Daily Logs.
  • People in Project Settings is shown for the Financial package.
  • Revenue Code Mappings appears only when Revenue Codes are enabled for the organization.
  • Bulk Export appears only in supported browser environments and each export is also permission-controlled.
  • The project list supplies project creation actions for web and mobile/native layouts. The visible label is New Project on the web and Add Project in the mobile/native actions menu.
