Open a photo to inspect it at full size, review its date, and add context.

Best for: Field and project teams · Requires: View access; write access to edit.

Use the photo viewer to move through the current filtered group. Add a description that answers what is shown, where it is, and why it matters. Descriptions are included in album PDF exports, so write them for someone who was not on site.

Notification controls on an album affect updates you receive; they do not change who can view or edit its media.
