Create an album and add media

Create an album around a real field event, area, or reporting period.

Best for: Field staff and project teams · Requires: Photos write access.

Create an album

1. Open Photos.
2. Select Album.
3. Enter a unique title.
4. Select Create Album.

Use specific titles such as 2026-07-24 Level 3 rough-in instead of Site Photos. Album titles must be unique within the project.

Add photos and videos

1. Open the album.
2. Select the add-media action.
3. On web, choose files or drag them into the album.
4. On native, choose the camera or device library.
5. Wait for all uploads to complete.

The web upload dialog is labeled Upload Photos & Videos. Large videos and weak field connections take longer; avoid closing the app while uploads are pending.
