Generate a Closeout package

Select the sections needed for this handoff and start background generation.

Best for: Closeout managers · Requires: Generate Closeout permission and no other in-progress package.

1. Open Closeout.
2. Select Generate Closeout.
3. Review the available management, field, and financial sections.
4. Use Select all, Unselect all, or choose sections individually.
5. Select Generate.

At least one section is required. Your selection is remembered for next time, but available sections can change with permissions or package settings. Recheck the list for every final handoff.

Only one Pending or Processing package can exist at a time for a project.
