Understand Channels and delivery methods

Configure what qualifies first, then configure where it should arrive.

Best for: Anyone receiving too many, too few, or the wrong kinds of notifications · Requires: Access to Notification Preferences.

1. Open My Account → Notification Preferences.
2. Open Channels and set the activity level for each entity type.
3. Open Email Notifications, Desktop Notifications, and Mobile Notifications.
4. Enable only the delivery methods you want.
5. For desktop and mobile, turn individual delivery channels on or off.

A channel must pass both controls: its Channels activity level and the delivery method's channel switch. For example, Mobile RFIs must be enabled and the RFIs Channels level must match the activity.
