Change your email address

Your account email is the address used for sign-in and account communication.

Best for: Anyone moving to a new work email · Requires: Access to My Account.

1. Open My Account.
2. In Account Settings, find Email.
3. Select Change Email.
4. In Update Email, enter the new address.
5. Submit the change.

Use a valid email address that is not already assigned in a conflicting way. After the change, use the new address for sign-in.
