  • Account security protects sign-in with your email, password, and MFA.
  • Roles and permissions determine which organizations, projects, records, and actions you can access. Changing notification settings cannot grant access.
  • Channels selects collaboration activity such as Comments, RFIs, Submittals, Meetings, or Daily Logs.
  • Delivery settings decide whether that activity appears through digest email, desktop indicators/browser push, or mobile push.
  • A notification does not make an otherwise hidden record visible. The record still requires the relevant permission.
