Choose Channels

Channels are the entity types that can produce collaboration notifications.

Best for: Controlling relevance before changing delivery methods · Outcome: Defaults apply across projects unless overridden for a specific project.

1. Open My Account → Notification Preferences → Channels.
2. Review each entity type, including Comments, RFIs, Submittals, Meetings, Daily Logs, Project, financial entities, and other available channels.
3. Choose:
   • All activity for broad awareness.
   • Only my mentions / ball-in-courts / assignments for activity connected to you.
   • None to suppress that channel.
4. Repeat for each channel.

Changing Channels does not alter project access or subscribe another person. It changes your own default notification level.
