Troubleshooting account and security

The current environment does not support browser notifications, or the site permission is blocked. Use the browser's site settings to allow notifications, then return to Desktop Notifications. In-app blue dots can still be controlled by the desktop master setting.

Change your email address

Your account email is the address used for sign-in and account communication.

Change your password

Constructable starts a password-reset email from My Account rather than asking for a new password directly on the page.

Set up or deactivate MFA

MFA requires a six-digit code from an authenticator app in addition to your password.

Update your avatar and personal preferences

Personal preferences change how Constructable appears for you without changing organization or project data.

Sign out safely

Signing out removes the local Constructable session and cached application data from the current browser or device.
