Change roles

Directory roles and project roles have different scopes.

Best for: Correcting a person's permissions after their responsibilities change · Requires: The relevant user-provisioning permission; direct project-role changes are currently support-controlled.

• Change an internal person's organization role on their directory profile.
• Change an external person's Company Role on their directory profile.
• Be careful when changing an external person's company or role: Constructable also updates their assignment on all projects where they are currently active.
• The Change Role action for a Project Team membership is currently restricted to Constructable support. Contact support@constructable.ai when a project-only role correction is required.
