Status, visibility, and file behavior
Publishing and archiving are independent from the Upload Date. Replacing a file keeps the same Schedule record and changes its source attachment. Add a separate Schedule when the project needs both versions retained as distinct active history.

- Unpublished: Visible for schedule managers to prepare; not intended as the issued schedule.
- Published: Available to users with View published schedules.
- Archived: Removed from the active list and automatically Unpublished.

PDF files preview inline. Supported project-plan files can be converted for a Gantt preview; conversion may take time. Other files can still be downloaded even when preview is unavailable.
