Publishing and archiving are independent from the Upload Date. Replacing a file keeps the same Schedule record and changes its source attachment. Add a separate Schedule when the project needs both versions retained as distinct active history.

Schedules provides a controlled place to publish project schedule files and preserve active and archived records.

Only one file belongs to a Schedule record. The Title defaults from the selected file name when creating a new record and the title is still blank.

Replacing the file removes the old attachment from normal use. Do not replace an issued historical schedule when the project needs both versions as separate records; add a new Schedule instead.

Select Archive Schedule to remove a record from the active list. Archiving also unpublishes it. The record appears under Archived.

4Finding and viewing schedules
Open Schedules. Active schedules are listed with file type, Title, Published or Unpublished badge, and Uploaded date. Select View Schedule on web or View on native.
