Permissions, package, and platform availability

Schedules require the Field package.

• View published schedules: View schedule records available to the role.
• Create, update, archive, and publish schedules: Add, edit, replace, publish, unpublish, archive, and unarchive.

All standard project roles can normally view published schedules; administrators and managers normally maintain them. The list and viewer work in desktop, mobile web, and native layouts. Management actions move into compact menus on smaller screens.
