Configure shared operational lists

Maintain shared codes and classifications once at the organization level.

Best for: Admins establishing consistent reporting and selection lists · Requires: Organization Settings write permission.

In Organization Settings, review:

• Cost Codes: add codes and Add Subcode, edit, archive, show archived records, unarchive, and export.
• Revenue Codes: maintain the shared revenue-code list when Revenue Codes are enabled.
• Cost Types: maintain, archive, show archived records, unarchive, and export.
• Trades: maintain trade choices used with companies and workflows.
• Bid Tags: maintain tags used in Bid Management and company profiles.

Archiving preserves an item for history while removing it from normal active selection. If a parent Cost Code is archived, its descendants do not offer independent actions until the parent state is addressed.
