Configure Document Signing Settings

Set organization legal language and signing order for future financial documents.

Best for: Financial or contract administrators · Requires: Financials write permission.

1. Open Organization Settings → Document Signing Settings.
2. Select Edit.
3. Review or enter:
   • Prime Contract Legal Language
   • Vendor Commitment Legal Language
   • Purchase Order Legal Language
   • Prime CO Legal Language
   • Vendor CO Legal Language
4. Choose Signing Order: Other Party or My Organization.
5. Save.

Legal-language changes affect future documents, not documents already created. Use Manage Contract Templates from this block when template-level work is needed.
