Using the Global Dashboard

The Global Dashboard presents selected organization-wide information without requiring you to enter each project.

Best for: Executives, operations leaders, and organization managers · Requires: View non-financial reports.

Open Global Dashboard from organization navigation. The page can show:

• Active Projects by Preconstruction, Course of Construction, and Warranty stage
• Open and overdue RFIs across projects
• Open and overdue Submittals across projects
• Cross-project Ball-in-Court
• Organization notifications
• Documents waiting for signature

Visibility is permission-aware. A user may see Active Projects but not RFI or Submittal widgets, or may see no widgets if organization-level permissions do not allow them.
