  • The project Dashboard is a live workspace for one project's current counts, assignments, notifications, recent Daily Logs, notes, signatures, and question answering available to you.
  • The Global Dashboard rolls selected information across the organization, including active project stages, RFI and Submittal counts, cross-project Ball-in-Court, notifications, and signatures.
  • Project Reports are structured views of one project's non-financial workflows, including Daily Logs, RFIs, and Submittals.
  • Global Reports aggregate supported data across projects, including Daily Logs sections, All RFIs, All Submittals, Email Activity, and contractor insurance expiration.
  • Dashboard cards are shortcuts and summaries. Reports are better for filtering, grouping, column review, and export. The source record remains the authority for status and action.
