Best for: Project leaders and organization managers · Outcome: Avoid using a summary card where a complete report is needed.
- Use the project Dashboard for today's work on one project.
- Use the Global Dashboard for cross-project exceptions and workload.
- Use project Reports when you need structured rows for one project.
- Use Global Reports when you need supported rows across projects.
- Open the source tool when you need to edit, approve, respond, or inspect full history.
For example, the Dashboard's RFI widget answers “How many are open or overdue?” The RFI Report answers “Which RFIs, with what managers, responders, Ball-in-Court, dates, and impacts?”
