Dashboard metrics emphasize active work and exceptions.

Best for: Daily project triage.

  • RFIs shows open and overdue counts.
  • Submittals shows open and overdue counts, excluding superseded revisions.
  • Commitments can show bought-out and completion percentages when Financials and the required commitment access are enabled. For interpretation, use financials.md.
  • Schedule shows days until the project's estimated completion date or links to add that date.
  • My Ball-in-Court lists accessible RFIs, Submittals, and Quality Items currently requiring your attention, with due dates.
  • Notifications lists eligible project events for your account.
  • Latest Daily Logs shows the most recent entries, supports opening attachments, and may allow adding a new log when you have write permission.

Work from exception to source: open overdue or assigned records, confirm their current state, then take action in the owning workflow.
