Approving, signing, or rejecting a contract

Approvers can approve or reject. A rejection records the rejected state and reason when provided, stops the contract, returns the source record to Draft, and notifies the preparer. Signers act in order; the next signer cannot complete fields early.

  1. Open the email or in-app signing action.
  2. Select Review and Approve or Review and Sign, as shown.
  3. Review the complete document.
  4. Complete the required decision or assigned fields.
  5. Submit.

Do not forward a personal signing link. Each recipient's request is tied to their assignment.
