Working with Topic markup and conversations

Topics connect marked locations to the discussion they explain.

Best for: Reviewers working in the drawing viewer · Requires: Access to the Topic and drawings.

1. Open the Topic, then choose Open in Drawing Viewer, or select Topics from the viewer.
2. Select the active Topic before adding or editing markup.
3. Add comments at the relevant locations.
4. Mention teammates who need to respond.
5. Return to the Topic overview to review its sheets and activity.

Unsaved drawing markup may begin in Draft Mode. Save it to a new or existing Topic before leaving. Markup can be copied or moved between supported Topics and records; moving changes ownership, while copying preserves the original.
