Delivery settings decide where eligible notifications reach you.
Best for: Users who need alerts beyond the in-app notification list.
- In-app: Eligible events appear in notification panels and counters. Dismissal affects the current item, not future subscription rules.
- Email digest: Enable or disable digest email and choose one, two, or three delivery times between the available daytime hours. Use the test action to confirm email delivery.
- Important email: Eligible important events are grouped for about ten minutes and sent with an actionable subject instead of waiting for the next digest. Email settings, Channels, and record access still apply.
- Desktop: Enable browser desktop notifications and grant browser or operating-system permission when prompted. Use the test control in Desktop notification settings.
- Mobile: Enable mobile notifications and confirm the intended device appears in Registered Devices. Operating-system permission is also required.
An All Activity subscription does not guarantee every event is pushed immediately. Push delivery emphasizes direct relevance such as mentions and record-level following, while other activity remains available in-app or through digest delivery. An item sent in an important email may still appear in the next scheduled digest.
