Searching project records by keyword

Keyword Search finds matching records within the current project.

Best for: Locating known information · Requires: Access to the project and matching records.

1. Open Search.
2. Choose Search Keywords if the mode selector appears.
3. Enter a distinctive term, phrase, or record number.
4. Wait for results to finish loading.
5. Refine the query when the result set is too broad.

Search updates after a short pause while typing and requests up to 50 project results in the main Search page. The most recent query is retained for approximately ten minutes for that project.

Search combines matching approaches to find relevant records, but it should not be treated as an exact database report. Use a report or the source tool when completeness and totals are required.
