  • Search is available from the project navigation, but each result still depends on access to the underlying project record. Search does not bypass record permissions.
  • Create, update, and delete AI chats controls Chat. It is enabled by default for standard project roles, including bidders, but workspace and project access still limit available context.
  • Chat-style Dashboard answering is controlled by workspace configuration and Chat permission. In workspaces using it, the older Ask Question tab and Deep Research checkbox are removed from Search.
  • AI and Search require an online connection. Keyword Search displays an offline state when results cannot be requested.
  • Search, Dashboard questions, and Chat have responsive web and native layouts. Desktop Search automatically focuses the field; mobile layouts prioritize touch controls. Chat prompt suggestions are shown on larger web layouts, not native or small mobile layouts.
  • Chat attachments are available in the Chat prompt. Dashboard Chat-style questions start without attachments; use Open in Chat to continue with the full Chat interface.
  • The agent panel is a desktop-web layout. It uses the same personal Chats as the full Chat page and requires Chat permission.
  • Chat Skills can have additional permissions. Import Invoice requires financial write access and access to the matching project, Commitment, Billing Period, and SOV.
  • AI output reflects available project data and the current service response. It is assistance, not an approval, contractual decision, or substitute for reviewing the source record.
