Reviewing and opening Search results

Results are grouped by customer-facing record type so you can distinguish similar matches.

Best for: Moving from a phrase to the authoritative project record.

• Use the type badges at the top to jump between result sections.
• Review the highlighted matching text and result count where available.
• Open the result to work in its normal project tool.
• Review Photos and Photo Albums in their visual result sections.

The result only provides a path to information you are already allowed to access. If a result disappears or cannot load, check whether the record was archived, deleted, moved, or restricted after the search response was produced.
