Reviewing received bids

Received Bids gathers submitted bidder responses for side-by-side review.

Best for: Estimators and project managers · Requires: Access to the relevant bids.

1. Open the package and select Received Bids.
2. Filter or group by company, scope, or trade.
3. Open a company to review amounts, notes, attachments, contacts, comments, and activity.
4. Use Download PDF when you need a packaged review copy. Supported PDF and image attachments may be included with cover sheets.
5. If the organization uses Financials, select eligible bids and use Create Commitment when the procurement decision is ready.

Creating a commitment is a separate financial action. It does not happen automatically when a bid is received, and bids that already have a commitment are excluded from duplicate creation.
