Troubleshooting Daily Logs
Ask an organization administrator to open Organization Settings → Daily Log Settings. Personnel, organization hours, equipment, deliveries, dumpsters, inspections, and materials can each be disabled for the organization.
An entry section is missing
Ask an organization administrator to open Organization Settings → Daily Log Settings. Personnel, organization hours, equipment, deliveries, dumpsters, inspections, and materials can each be disabled for the organization.
Repeat from the last log is missing
The action appears only when a prior log contains eligible entries for that section. Create the first entry manually or confirm that the previous dated log has active entries.
A photo is missing from the PDF
Export again and select that photo section. Daily Log, Personnel, Delivery, Dumpster, and Inspection photos are separate PDF choices. Also confirm the attachment was not deleted and that your role can view Daily Log photos.
The bulk export button is missing
Use a supported desktop browser and confirm Daily Log view access. The bulk export depends on browser file-system support and is intentionally hidden when that support is unavailable.
Weather looks incomplete
Weather depends on the project's location and available weather data. Add field observations in notes when historical or automatic weather does not describe the site conditions.
A control is read-only
Confirm Daily Log write permission. Viewing a log or its photos does not grant permission to edit entries.
