Add photos and attachments

Place evidence on the record it supports so exports remain understandable.

Best for: Field staff · Requires: Daily Log write access and device media permission when taking a photo.

• Add general site media from the Daily Log overview.
• Add files or photos inside Personnel, Delivery, Dumpster, and Inspection entries.
• On native devices, choose the camera or device library from the photo action.
• Wait for pending uploads to finish before leaving the workflow.

When exporting, image attachments can appear as photo pages grouped by source. Non-image attachments on supported entry types appear as linked attachment lists.
