Can we mark up and measure in it, or do we still need a separate PDF tool like Bluebeam?

Mark up with clouds, callouts, text, arrows, shapes, and a highlighter, measure distances and areas, and comment right on the sheet. Constructable detects the scale for you, so most sheets are ready to measure without calibrating. Save markup to a Topic to share it with just the people who need it, and markups and pins stay tied to the exact spot on the drawing. On the Field and Project Management plan, RFIs and submittals live on the same sheets.

Does it work with the PDF drawing sets we already get?

Yes, and you don't need AutoCAD or any other CAD software. Upload the PDF set from your architect and Constructable's AI splits it into sheets, reads each title block for the sheet number, title, and discipline, detects the scale, and links callouts to the sheets and details they reference. You review every sheet before it's published. Text-based PDFs link best. Scanned or handwritten callouts may not link, but you can still search for the detail number.

Can we compare drawing revisions?

Yes. Each new revision stacks under the same sheet number, so everyone sees the current sheet and prior revisions stay a click away. Open a prior revision in Split View next to the current one, overlay the two with Blend Mode, or generate an AI revision report that summarizes what changed across the set.

Can my superintendents use it on an iPad without signal?

Yes. Markup, measuring, Split View, and Blend Mode work on desktop web, mobile web, and the Constructable app for iPhone, iPad, and Android. In the app, save a sheet, a discipline, or every drawing for offline viewing before you head into a basement or a tower core.

What does it cost, and do subs and owners need their own seats?
