2025 was a defining year for Constructable.
We grew alongside our customers, delivered impactful platform updates, and focused on one thing: creating software that truly empowers builders in their daily work.
Everything we built this year was guided by the same principles we’ve believed in since day one: software should be simple, smart, affordable, and should reduce stress—not add to it.
Here’s a look back at the progress we made together in 2025.
A Faster, Simpler Mobile Experience—Built for the Field
Construction doesn’t just happen behind a desk, so in 2025, we made mobile a major priority.
We launched a big redesign on our mobile app, focused on speed, reliability, and functionality. The result is a more intuitive app that helps teams stay efficient in the field—whether reviewing drawings, documenting work, or communicating with the office.
From smoother drawing navigation to better photo-based collaboration, these improvements weren’t about adding bells and whistles. They were about removing friction and helping teams get information where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.
Daily Logs That Reflect Real Work
Daily documentation is essential, but shouldn’t feel like busywork.
For this reason, we expanded daily logs to better align with actual site work and give teams more flexibility. Now, teams can track key project details, generate clear reports, and quickly filter out unnecessary information—making daily logs more impactful and efficient.
Our aim was to make daily logs more user-friendly, straightforward to review, and valuable for everyone involved.
Less Stress Around Insurance and Compliance
Compliance is a reality of construction—and it shouldn’t require endless follow-ups and spreadsheets.
In 2025, we introduced insurance tracking tools that help teams stay ahead of requirements with better visibility and automated reminders. By reducing manual effort, teams can spend less time chasing paperwork and more time focused on running safe, successful projects.
Cleaner, More Scalable Document Management
As teams and projects grow, organization is crucial.
This year’s document management improvements focused on consistency, reuse, and clarity, making it easier to manage files and share information without confusion. Small changes here make a big difference for teams juggling documents at scale.
A Major Milestone: Inspections Built for Builders
A key milestone in 2025 was the launch of inspection workflows.
We designed inspections with field teams front of mind. To make quality checks faster and more consistent, we now support repeatable templates from any project and a tablet-friendly experience. The response since launch has been incredibly encouraging, and it’s been exciting to see teams adopt our inspections workflow as a natural part of their day-to-day.
This launch reflects something we care deeply about: thoughtful technology that works the way builders do—not the other way around.
Smoother Meeting Minutes Workflows
We also invested in improving the workflows teams rely on most.
Meetings became easier to prepare, track, and reference over time. Open items, such as RFIs, are automatically on the agenda. A big part of our philosophy is around collaboration and trust, and we made our meeting minutes feature feel like seamless collaboration.
Built With Our Customers, Not in a Vacuum
We don’t believe in building software in isolation.
Many of the improvements we shipped in 2025 came directly from conversations with customers—builders, project managers, and field teams who took the time to tell us what was working, what wasn’t, and where technology was getting in the way.
That partnership is core to who we are and we thank you all for that! Construction professionals are some of the smartest, most grounded people we know, and better software starts with listening.

In 2026, we're excited to strengthen how teams stay informed and connected with us—both inside and outside the platform. That means exploring ways to share exciting product updates, both directly in Constructable and in your inbox. We want to make our communication clearer and more consistent for everyone who relies on us.
We’re also thinking carefully about how we can support more teams as we grow. Our approach remains intentional—listening first, building thoughtfully, and launching updates when ready. We’ll continue to engage and invest in software that respects the work builders do every day.
